Meet the Team

Nicole

Nicole

Nicole is the Owner of Market 116. You can learn more about her and the Market 116 process on the "Our Story" page!

Shannon

Shannon

Shannon happens to be the longest member of the Market family - and my mother-in-law! She is a retired rural mail carrier - although she’s busier now than ever! She is one talented lady when it comes to furniture refinishing, and she’s always down for a buying trip for the store. Not only does she help out at the store, but she also works alongside her sons in property rehab and turnovers. Shannon’s home decor style is a Primitive Farmhouse…she loves adding color and handmade wares. She is a ‘Mom-Mom’ to 6 grandkids. She loves being outside working on projects, baking, and spending time in her little cabin in the woods.

Lacie

Lacie

Although Lacie is seasonal staffing and event help, she’s a definite part of the Market 116 family. She’s a long-time friend and has been helping at the store for a few years now. She has an eye for design and isn’t afraid to jump in and go live on our social media. She is also the comic relief that we need most days! Lacie’s style is a Mid Century BohoFarmhouse. It’s a nice mix of bright and airy, clean lines and a little eclectic flair. Although we’d love to have Lacie full time, she’s also an entrepreneur herself. She is a photographer specializing in weddings, portraits, and studio photography. She owns a building across the square that houses her photography studio. In addition to photography, Lacie owns a bridal store with her sister, Nora Emerson Bridal, located in the same building as her studio.

Randi

Randi

Randi is our customer care specialist. She genuinely loves welcoming our customers and jumps at the chance to help them pick just the right pieces for their spaces. Randi does a lot of our online social media videos and engagement and shipping. She has this infectious happy personality that keeps us laughing- so much that we miss her on her days off! Her style at home is more of a rustic farmhouse style with a nice mixture of painted, distressed, and wood tones. In addition to being part of the Market 116 family, dog momma, and wife to army veteran Ken, Randi is a small business owner herself. She owns and operates Farmstead 193 boutique, which focuses on providing cute, affordable curvy clothing for all body types. The best part is, in addition to shopping her social media, you can find a space inside of Market 116 in the boutique marketplace…you can try on the items and shop her area 6 days a week in person!

Miranda

Miranda

Miranda is not only is she a long-time friend, but we are lucky enough to snag Miranda for some fill-in help. She always steps up during events, busy holiday seasons, and short-staffed days when we need her. She does everything from inventory, restaging, painting, and any wild ideas Nicole dreams up! Miranda’s decor style is a Minimalist Farmhouse…with a splash of red! Miranda is a momma of two, a photographer, and a rural mail carrier outside of the Market. Her boys keep her busy running from one sporting event to another!

Gracee

Gracee

Gracee has been a part of the Market 116 family the longest and specializes in design, display building, and creative elements. Along with the design aspect, Gracee also works in the workshop refinishing furniture and shipping office with all our online orders. In her own home, her design style is a modern farmhouse…which fits in perfectly for our store! Although seemingly shy at first, Gracee has the perfect amount of fun and structure, making a great addition to our team. Gracee and her fiancé, Kyle, live on a farm where they work cattle and horses and a slew of other animals ranging from mini goats to flocks of ducks! Gracee team ropes and is a world champion rodeo winner and her leading horses, Double D and Cash.

Savannah

Svannah

Savannah is the newest member of the Market 116 family. She is part of our storefront crew, working inventory, customer care, building displays, social media, and shipping. Savannah has a knack for decorating and fits right in with our team! Her decorating style is a light and airy rustic farmhouse. At home, Savannah is a mom to two boys, Rhett & Zane, and a wife to Travis. She keeps the family running from sports practices and games, loves made from scratch family dinners, and has a love for baking.

Jenn

Jenn

Jenn is our do-er. She contributes to so many aspects of the store it's hard to give her only one specialty. Furniture is her main focus in the store- she helps find it, makes arrangements to obtain pieces, and picks up pieces we need for refinishing. In addition to finding these great pieces, Jenn refinishes furniture too! Prepping, painting, and fine detail finishing; she does it! Another thing Jenn is always doing for us is the things we overlook. She will notice that the plants need watering or repotted, the door is sticking, the batteries need to be replaced, the glass needs cleaned - and she takes care of it. It takes so many hats for a small business to operate, and she fills in those gaps for many of us daily, especially before our events! Outside of the store, Jenn is a Memaw to 7 grandkids! She enjoys country living, trips to the Mennonite stores, and spending time with family. Oh, and her other superpower is that she constantly feeds us and feeds us well! Jenn is a great cook!

Lakin

Lakin

Lakin is part-time with us at Market 116, but only because she watches the Market 116 boys (Nicole’s boys, Beau & Dak). She is the glue that keeps the Bryan Household running daily! When she isn’t running after the kiddos, she comes to the store to work in the workshop. She refinishes furniture, cleans, works on inventory, and helps with coverage when needed. Outside of work, she is finishing up her last year of homeschool and loves hanging with her friends. In addition, she is an avid basketball player, which takes up most of her free time!

Christa

Christa

Christa is new to our team too. Her specialty is all things workshop! She is learning all of the tricks of the trade… repairing blemishes, painting, distressing, dry brushing, and aging… to name a few! Christa is a homeschool mama of two. When she’s not running around to ball games, she enjoys being outside. She loves gardening, talking, walks in the woods, and hunting.
